Do you like people? Do you like to meet people? Do you like to solve problems? Do you like to answer questions? Do you like a dynamic environment? Travelers Aid Airport volunteers do all this by providing a helping hand and a friendly face to travelers and visitors at Will Rogers World Airport.

Travelers Aid volunteers staff two information booths at the airport–one on the ticket counter level and one in baggage claim.

Volunteer duties include:

• Staff the Information Booths at Will Rogers World Airport
• Provide courteous & friendly service to the traveling public
• Assist with directions & information concerning WRWA & the greater Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area
• Assist military personnel
• Distribute maps & brochures
• Answer Information Booth phones
• Provide courtesy paging services
• Dispense social service information
• Provide a warm welcome & a big smile to the traveling public

Information Booths Are Open: 7 days per week from 10am-10pm

The YMCA Military Welcome Center (MWC) at Will Rogers World Airport is located in Air Cargo Bay O, just 130 yards outside the side exit by Baggage Claim 1. The Welcome Center offers a restful and relaxing atmosphere for traveling military members from all branches, active or retired. The center operates primarily with the help of volunteers and community donations.
