All Request for Bids for the City of Oklahoma City Department of Airports and the Oklahoma City Airport Trust are advertised in The Journal Record newspaper, published Monday through Friday in Oklahoma City.

All bids, proposals, openings and awards are announced at the Oklahoma City Airport Trust meetings. The Trust's regularly scheduled meeting is the fourth Wednesday of each month at 10:30am in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hall.
