Passenger pick-up for private vehicles is located on the baggage claim level (Level 1) right in front of the building.
The parking shuttle bus and all public transportation is located at the ground transportation plaza. To access the plaza go to the baggage claim level (Level 1) and exit the building. Take the walkway to the transportation plaza.
Rental car counters are located inside on the baggage claim level (Level 1). Once you have checked in at the counter, pick up your car by exiting the building and taking the walkway to the parking garage. Rental car parking is located on level one.
To get to the five-level and hourly parking garages take the underground walkway. The walkway has moving sidewalks and is climate-controlled. To access the walkway, use the elevator or escalators located in the center of the ticket or bag claim lobbies.
