American and Southwest Airlines are the only airlines that currently provide curbside check-in at Will Rogers.  Each has a curbside kiosk in front of the respective airlines.  Skycaps will assist you in checking your bag and issuing a boarding pass.  Gratuities are accepted.  A general rule of thumb for appropriate tipping is $1 per bag if it is checked at curbside; $2 per bag if the skycap takes bags to the check-in counter.

Harold Smith has been providing shoe shine services to travelers at Will Rogers for over 20 years. Open 5am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  Harold's is located next to the Big 12 Shop across from Gate 14.

ATM bank machines are located pre- and post-security. Two ATM's are located pre-security near the west security checkpoint by the American ticket counter. Providers are Bank of America and BancFirst. In the concourse, the ATM is located in the connector walkway between Gates 12 and 14. The provider is BancFirst.

Skycaps provide several different services at Will Rogers.  For departing passengers on American and Southwest Airlines, skycaps provide curbside check-in.

All airlines have skycaps inside the ticket lobby that are available to assist travelers who need wheelchair assistance to and from the plane.  If a skycap is not immediately available, go to the ticket counter of the airline on which you are flying and ask for assistance.

In the baggage claim area, skycaps can assist with gathering your luggage from the carousel and take it to curbside for loading in your vehicle.

Should you or a traveling companion require wheelchair assistance during travel, it is best to begin by informing the airline of your needs when booking your ticket.  This can be done online or by phone.  The airline will then have the record of your request and can better assist getting you to the gate, boarding the plane and deplaning at your destination. 

When you arrive at the airport, you can get assistance at the curbside check-in of the airline on which you are flying.  If your airline does not have curbside check-in, you can request assistance at the ticket counter. 

If additional assistance is needed, the volunteers at the information booths can page for a wheelchair.

Items lost in and around the terminal building are turned into the Airport Police Department.  Items left at the security checkpoint are turned into the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).  Property left on an aircraft is kept by the airline.  For lost and found items please contact the appropriate department.

A smoking lounge is provided in the concourse past the security checkpoint.  It is located in the corridor next to the Big 12 Shop across from Gate 14.

In the pre-security areas, smoking is only allowed outdoors and must be at least 25 feet from a entrance.

Smoking in and around the terminal is strictly prohibited except for designated areas.

Located throughout baggage claim and in the parking garages, the SmarteCarte luggage carts assist you with transporting your luggage more easily. Each cart cost $4. Exact change or Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Get a quick charge with the ChargeCarte Phone Charger. ChargeCarte®, is a self-serve, rapid charging kiosk that provides the charging cords for today's most popular models of cell phones, PDAs and the iPod®. ChargeCartes are located in the center concourse by Gate 18, and in the connector walkway between Gates 14 and 16.

Airport Mailers is a self-mailing service for small items that are not allowed to pass through the security checkpoint.  Items such as pocket knives, scissors or utility knives that travelers inadvertently forget to leave at home, can be safely shipped.  Airport Mailers kiosks are located at the entrance to each of the security checkpoints at Will Rogers.

The maximum size of an item that can be shipped is 3" tall x 12" wide.  Note: Airport Mailers will not mail items that are considered illegal and/or prohibited by the U.S. Postal Service. (For example: weapons, ammunition, batteries, flammable liquids, and explosives.)

At the Airport Mailers site, pick up one of the 6"x9" plastic pouches.
Complete the payment and shipping form attached.
Enclose the item and completed form in the pouch and drop it in the box.
The item will be picked up, processed for proper shipping in a bubble-wrapped and padded package, and sent on its way.  Delivery can take up to two (2) weeks.

High quality massage chairs provide deep-tissue Shiatsu massage using kneading, tapping and rolling across the entire back. The massage chairs are located throughout the terminal concourse.

The Airport’s administrative offices offer limited business services during regular business hours. (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Closed weekends and holidays.)

The airport offers several meeting rooms for the public use.  Rooms can be reserved during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.  To reserve a room contact Airport Administration at 405-316-3204.  Visa and Mastercard accepted.  Below are room descriptions, locations and rates:

Located in the reception area of the Airport’s administrative offices.

This room is only available during airport administration's regular business hours:  Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday and the following holidays:4^th of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King’s Birthday and Memorial Day.

Located on the ticketing level near the Delta ticket counter and the east security checkpoint area.
