Where to Park

Flight crew parking is in Lot 1, located on Amelia Earhart Lane.  Find the lot on the map here.
Note: You must apply for a Flight Crew/Airline Commuter Prox Card to park in Lot 1.

Note: The flight crew parking facilities at OKC Airport are intended for crew members who are actively working (or reporting to) their airport or airline job. Unless approved by the Airport Director, parking is for use when on official business only. Thank you for your cooperation.

Parking Fees

Flight crews/commuters are able to park in Lot 1 at a discounted rate of $108/year. To park in Lot 1, you must apply for a Flight Crew/Airline Commuter Prox Card.

How to Apply for Parking

The OKC Airport Operations Division is responsible for issuing airport parking cards to employees who work at the airport and Flight Crew members who live in Oklahoma. Parking in our employee lot is a privilege and not a right.

All parking applicants must sign/date the applicable Parking Provisions, complete the correct Parking Application and provide all necessary documentation. Flight Crew/Airline Commuter applicants are required to provide their driver’s license and company ID. No exceptions.

For Lost or Stolen Parking Cards & Decals

If your parking card is lost, stolen or destroyed, a $25 replacement fee will be charged when you reapply. Use the appropriate Parking Application Form to apply for a replacement. Be sure to complete the section regarding a lost or stolen card.

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed for lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
Friday: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Flight Crew Parking FAQs

Q: Do I need an appointment to come to the Parking/Badging Office?
A: No.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. All payments are made in the Parking/Badging Office during open hours. The Badging Office is located on the ticketing level next to TSA Checkpoint on the second floor of the terminal building. For directions to the terminal building and to the badging office from Hourly Parking, click here. Acceptable forms of payment are check and Visa/MasterCard/Discover.  Cash will not be accepted.

Q: Do you validate parking?
A: Not at this time.

Q: Will I be able to access the parking lot right away?
A: Once all the appropriate forms are completed and signed and payment has been made, your parking lot access will be activated.

Q: When does my parking access expire?
A: Parking access expires on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m.

Q: Can parking access cards be mailed to the flight crew?
A: No.  Initial issuance of a parking card must be done in person with the required documents.  Renewal of parking access may be done by paying “over the phone” with a credit card as long as all required documents have been faxed/emailed to the Badging/Parking Office in advance.  You can also mail the required documents and a check, money order or cashier’s check to us at the Contact Address listed above. Your new decal will be mailed to you.
