OKLAHOMA CITY. Feb. 28, 2017 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announces new nonstop seasonal service to Los Angeles from Will Rogers World Airport (OKC). To celebrate, the company known for its ultra-low fares, is offering one-way fares on the route for as low as $73.*
“We’re very excited to grow our service in Oklahoma City today,” said Lukas Johnson, Allegiant senior vice president of commercial. “With our new, nonstop service, OKC travelers can plan their Southern California summer getaways for less.”
The new nonstop flight will operate twice weekly between Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Flights begin June 1, 2017. The flights will provide Oklahoma City-area travelers with their only nonstop flight option to Los Angeles. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
“We are very pleased that Allegiant continues to expand in the Oklahoma City market,” says Mark Kranenburg, airports director. “It’s clear that OKC travelers like the summer destinations offered by Allegiant, as well as their low fares. Los Angeles will be a great addition to their seasonal schedule.”
With the addition of this new route, Allegiant will serve four routes out of Will Rogers World Airport, including Destin / Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Las Vegas and Orlando / Sanford, Florida.
