To change a selected parking facility or your reservation’s arrival date and time, you must cancel the existing reservation and submit a new reservation. Cancellations can be made up to one hour before your scheduled arrival time to receive a full refund. To cancel, click on your reservation code found on your invoice or confirmation email and select the “Cancel Reservation” option at the bottom of the reservation details page.

We recommend your booking to start 2 hours before flight departure and 2 hours after arrival.
To enter and exit: Scan the QR code directly from your phone (please ensure your screen brightness is set to maximum, hold phone at least 2 inches below scanner, and allow a moment for the QR code to be scanned) or scan the QR code from a printed copy of your reservation. If you experience any difficulty, please press the assistance button located on the ticket column for help.
Do not pull a ticket when entering a parking facility with a reservation. If you obtain a ticket at the parking facility entrance instead of using your QR code, standard parking rates will be charged in addition to your reservation.
Arrival Grace Period: You can find this grace period on your confirmation email and pdf under “Accessible car parks”. If you do not arrive during this period, you will not be allowed to enter under the reservation.

Full / Closed: the parking facility is closed due to being at full capacity or may be closed for maintenance.
Reserved Only: Only customers with a valid reservation are permitted to enter, all unreserved spaces are occupied.
We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Cash and Mobile Pay. We Do Not Accept Checks.
For a copy of your parking payment receipt, email [email protected]. Please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card number used to pay, credit card expiration date, and the date of the parking transaction.

Mobile Pay gives you the ability to pay for your parking upon exit using your mobile device.
1.) Open the camera app on your phone.
2.) Focus on the QR code on your parking ticket and open the link that appears.
3.) Select a payment method and finish payment process.
4.) Drive directly to the exit and scan the now paid parking ticket at the column and then GO!
*This applies only to drive-up customers who pulled a ticket to enter. It does not apply to reservation holders.

No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed in surface lots or garages. Entrance and exit lanes into parking facilities are too narrow for oversized vehicles and may cause damage to vehicles or parking equipment. Additionally, be aware that various height restrictions in the garages, canopies, or shelters in the surface lots may cause damage to oversized vehicles.

If you intend to stay or your plans change and your vehicle will be parked in one of the parking facilities at the airport for longer than 30 days, please email [email protected] with your contact information, details of your stay, and vehicle description (color, make, model, tag number and state).
Currently, we have two EV Chargers located in our Premium Parking Garage. Charging is free, Premium Parking fees apply.

Ensure smooth travels by familiarizing yourself with the parking policies at OKC Airport. There are eight rental car companies that service OKC Will Rogers International Airport. The car rental center is located at 5201 S. Meridian Ave., just a short distance north of the terminal. Find it on the map here.
Pick up is located on the East end of the Ground transportation Plaza outside of the Terminal Baggage Claim Level.
Shuttle buses are available 24/7. Average wait tie is 6-8 minutes. The ride to the Rental Car Facility is 3-4 minutes.

Pick up for Rideapp is located on the Departure Level (West end of the Upper Level). Signs located outside indicate the designated pick up area.
Vehicle exchange is only authorized in the economy, Long Term, Covered, or Garage parking facilities.

Vehicles for hire, such as limos and executive cars, pick up passengers in the arrivals area outside the terminal on the baggage claim (lower) level.
Service from OKC Will Rogers International Airport is available 24/7 with no reservation required. Taxis and shuttles can be found outside the lower-level Baggage Claim in the Ground Transportation Plaza.

Airport Express and its sister company, Vital Transportation, became the exclusive providers of taxi and shuttle service at OKC Will Rogers World Airport in 2020.
Airport Express has served the airport since 1986, prior to assuming the sole provider role.

Pickup areas depend on your method of transportation.
Some helpful tips to remember when picking up travelers include the following.
Accessible drop-off locations can be found on the departure level. Wheelchair assistance is available for those who need it.
For passengers coming from the covered parking, long term parking, and economy parking lots, shuttle buses will be en route to pick you up at designated locations within the lot and drop you off on the ticketing level of the terminal building.
For those being dropped off by Uber or Lyft, your driver will take you to the departure entrance at your specified terminal.
OKC Airport provides a free waiting area on Terminal Drive, just south of Amelia Earhart Lane, for those who are waiting for passenger(s) from arriving flights. No unattended vehicles, overnight parking, or loitering is allowed in this area.
Note: Parking or waiting in a vehicle in front of the terminal building is strictly prohibited. The lanes in front of the terminal building, on both the upper and lower levels, are for active loading and unloading only. Drivers who are not actively loading or unloading passengers or luggage may be issued a ticket. Vehicles left unattended will be ticketed and potentially towed.

OKC Airport also offers hourly parking at a rate of $2 per hour. This area is intended for visitors spending short periods of time at the airport and located on the upper level of the two-story garage.
Those seeing off or picking up guests are welcome to head inside with their travelers. The greeter lobbies are located just before the security checkpoint, with a sign designating how far non-travelers can go.
