Lost your parking ticket?
Upon arrival at the exit, a cashier will be available to assist you. If no cashier is present, please press the assistance button located on the ticket column for immediate help.
The cashier will begin the lost ticket process by:
- Noting your vehicle’s license plate number
- Requesting to see your driver’s license
To expedite the process, please be prepared with the following information:
- The approximate time of your arrival at the parking area
- The location or section where your vehicle was parked
