What do I do if I am having trouble with Mobile Pay?

Upon arrival at the exit, a cashier will be available to assist you. If no cashier is present, please press the assistance button located on the ticket to column for immediate help or call parking management company at 405-316-3250.

My vehicle has been towed, what do I do?

Call Landside Operations at 45-316-3220 OR Airport Police: 405-297-1184.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Cash and Mobile Pay. We Do Not Accept Checks.

ADA Assistance

Shuttle buses are lift equipped and available upon request but do not pick up in Garages, Hourly and Premium Parking.

Extended Stay Parking

If you intend to stay or your plans change and your vehicle will be parked in one of the parking facilities at the airport for longer than 30 days, please email [email protected] or call 405-316-3220 with your contact information, details of your stay, and vehicle description (color, make model, tag number and state).

Oversized Vehicles

No oversized vehicles or trailers are allowed in surface lots or garages. Entrance and exit lanes into parking facilities are too narrow for oversized vehicles and may cause damage to vehicles or parking equipment. Additionally, be aware that various height restrictions in the garages, canopies, or shelters in the surface lots may cause damage to oversized vehicles.

What does Full / Closed parking location mean?

Surface or Garage parking is occasionally temporarily closed due to being at full capacity. However, occasionally parking facilities or sections within may be closed for maintenance.

Does the OKC Airport have EV charging stations?

Currently, we have two ChargePoint EV Chargers located in our Premium Paring Garage. Charging is free, Parking Fee is Premium Rate. You must have a ChargePoint account to use chargers.

What if I lose my parking ticket?

Lost your parking ticket?

 

Upon arrival at the exit, a cashier will be available to assist you. If no cashier is present, please press the assistance button located on the ticket column for immediate help.

 

The cashier will begin the lost ticket process by:

  • Noting your vehicle’s license plate number
  • Requesting to see your driver’s license

 

To expedite the process, please be prepared with the following information:

  • The approximate time of your arrival at the parking area
  • The location or section where your vehicle was parked

What do I do if my vehicle needs a jump-start?

If you’re having trouble getting your car started due to a dead battery, contact ABM Parking at 405-316-3250 for assistance.

 

What if I need to park longer than 30 days?

We can accommodate your travel plans; simply contact ABM parking at 405-316-3250 to coordinate.

 

Can I use Mobile Pay to park?

Now offering Mobile Pay! Skip the line. Pay with your phone.

1.) Open the camera app on your phone.

2.) Focus on the QR code on your parking ticket and open the link that appears.

3.) Select a payment method and finish payment process.

4.) Drive directly to the exit and insert the now paid parking ticket into the column and then GO!

Rental Car FAQ

Ensure smooth travels by familiarizing yourself with the parking policies at OKC Airport. There are eight rental car companies that service OKC Will Rogers International Airport. The car rental center is located at 5201 S. Meridian Ave., just a short distance north of the terminal. Find it on the map here.

How do I get to the Rental Car Facility from the Terminal?

Pick up is located on the East end of the Ground transportation Plaza outside of the Terminal Baggage Claim Level.

Shuttle buses are available 24/7. Average wait tie is 6-8 minutes. The ride to the Rental Car Facility is 3-4 minutes.

If you need ADA assistance, please notify the driver of your shuttle bus.

How do I get to the Terminal from the Rental Car Facility?

Pick up is inn front of the Rental Car Customer Service Building Shuttle buses are available 24/7. Average wait time is 6-8 minutes. The ride to the Rental Car Facility is 3-4 minutes.

What are the Rental Car Facility hours?

Rideshare Apps

Uber & Lyft 

Drivers may unload passengers on the departure level in front of the appropriate airline. Rideshare pickup is permitted in a designated area on the departure level; you can find it on the map here

Turo

For travelers using Turo, vehicle exchange is only permitted in the economy, long term, covered, or garage parking facilities.  Vehicle exchange is not permitted curbside or in the hourly or premium parking facilities.

Where do I meet my Uber or Lyft driver?

Pick up for Rideapp is located on the Departure Level (West end of the Upper Level). Signs located outside indicate the designated pick up area.

Locate Pickup & Drop-Off Zones

Use the detailed information below to identify the proper areas for picking up and dropping off travelers at OKC Airport.

 

 

Picking Up

Pickup areas depend on your method of transportation. 

  • For Uber & Lyft, pickup is on the upper level of the terminal, outside the United Airlines ticket counter. 
  • For taxis and shuttles, pickup is on the lower level of the terminal, outside of baggage claim, in the first lane of the Ground Transportation Plaza. 
  • For courtesy vehicles and charter buses, pickup is on the lower level of the terminal, outside of the baggage claim, in the Ground Transportation Plaza.

Some helpful tips to remember when picking up travelers include the following.

  • The baggage-level curbside area is for active loading only. Parking or stopping at the curb before your passenger is standing on the curb can earn you a ticket. 
  • Stress-free options for pickups include free parking in our cell waiting areas, or parking in our hourly garage ($2 per hour, $30 per day). 
  • If you are using the cell waiting areas and baggage-level curbside area, remind your traveler to call you after they have retrieved their checked baggage and are heading to the curb. It can help you avoid a ticket. 

 

Dropping Off

Accessible drop-off locations can be found on the departure level. Wheelchair assistance is available for those who need it. 

For passengers coming from the covered parking, long term parking, and economy parking lots, shuttle buses will be en route to pick you up at designated locations within the lot and drop you off on the ticketing level of the terminal building.

For those being dropped off by Uber or Lyft, your driver will take you to the departure entrance at your specified terminal.

 

Cell Phone Waiting Area

OKC Airport provides a free waiting area on Terminal Drive, just south of Amelia Earhart Lane, for those who are waiting for passenger(s) from arriving flights. No unattended vehicles, overnight parking, or loitering is allowed in this area.

Note: Parking or waiting in a vehicle in front of the terminal building is strictly prohibited. The lanes in front of the terminal building, on both the upper and lower levels, are for active loading and unloading only. Drivers who are not actively loading or unloading passengers or luggage may be issued a ticket. Vehicles left unattended will be ticketed and potentially towed.

Short Term Parking

OKC Airport also offers hourly parking at a rate of $2 per hour. This area is intended for visitors spending short periods of time at the airport and located on the upper level of the two-story garage.

 

Indoor Waiting Options for Non-Travelers

Those seeing off or picking up guests are welcome to head inside with their travelers. The greeter lobbies are located just before the security checkpoint, with a sign designating how far non-travelers can go. 

Because of the way OKC Airport is set up, all people exiting the concourses now have two options:

  • West greeter area, which is located closest to the American Airlines gates.
  • East greeter area, which is located closest to the Southwest and Delta gates.

Rules & Policies for Visitors

OKC Airport has separate areas for dropping off and picking up travelers. A few rules and policies to keep in mind when going through this process include:

  • Departing passengers can be dropped off at the entrance to their airline on the departures level, but parking is not allowed.
  • Visitors awaiting arriving travelers are welcome to wait indoors in the greeter lobby areas located just  before the security checkpoint. 
  • There are two greeter areas: West (near American Airlines gates) and East (near Southwest and Delta gates).
  • There is no parking allowed at the terminal curbside on the upper or lower levels; however, visitors are welcome to access our free cell phone parking area and short term parking lots when picking up arriving travelers. 
  • If you are picking up a disabled traveler, we recommend bringing an extra person with you to assist with pickup.
