LOST AND FOUND
Items lost in and around the terminal building are turned into the Airport Police Department. Items left at the security checkpoint are turned into the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Property left on an aircraft is kept by the airline. For lost and found items please contact the appropriate department.

Southwest and American Airlines are the only airlines that currently provides curbside check-in at Will Rogers. Gratuities are accepted. A general rule of thumb for appropriate tipping is $1 to $2 per bag depending on size and weight.
Harold’s Shoe Shine
Harold Smith has been providing shoe shine services to travelers at Will Rogers for over 20 years. Open 5am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Harold is located across from the Big 12 Shop near Gate 14.
ATM bank machines are located pre- and post-security. Two ATM's are located pre-security near the west security checkpoint by the American ticket counter. Providers are Bank of America and BancFirst. In the concourse, the ATM is located near the exit of the security checkpoint and the CNBC shop. The provider is BancFirst.
Skycaps provide several different services at Will Rogers. For departing passengers on Southwest and American Airlines, skycaps provide curbside check-in.
All airlines have skycaps inside the ticket lobby that are available to assist travelers who need wheelchair assistance to and from the plane. If a skycap is not immediately available, go to the ticket counter of the airline on which you are flying and ask for assistance.
In the baggage claim area, skycaps can assist with gathering your luggage from the carousel and take it to curbside for loading in your vehicle.
Should you or a traveling companion require wheelchair assistance during travel, it is best to begin by informing the airline of your needs when booking your ticket. This can be done online or by phone. The airline will then have the record of your request and can better assist getting you to the gate, boarding the plane and deplaning at your destination.
When you arrive at the airport, if the airline on which you are flying provides curbside check-in, you can get assistance at the curb. If your airline does not have curbside check-in, you should request assistance at the ticket counter.
If additional assistance is needed, the volunteers at the information booths can page for a wheelchair.
SMOKE FREE FACILITY
The Will Rogers World Airport terminal is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited inside the builiding and on the upper and lower level sidewalks and roadways in front of the terminal. Smoking is only allowed 175 feet from the building per state law.
Smartcarte luggage carts
Located throughout baggage claim and in the parking garages, the SmarteCarte luggage carts assist you with transporting your luggage more easily. Each cart cost $5. Exact change or Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
A nursery is located post security in the central concourse across from the Cross Grain Brewhouse restaurant/lounge. It is situated in between the men’s and women’s restroom and can be accessed from either side. The nursery has a recliner and a small sofa and can be locked for privacy while in use. The airport asks that when you leave to make sure both doors are unlocked.
The Airport’s administrative offices offer limited business services during regular business hours.(Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Closed weekends and holidays.)
