The Oklahoma City Airport Trust encourages certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE’s) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) to attend pre-bid meetings and bid or subcontract on all our projects. Certified small and disadvantaged firms are especially welcome to participate in federally-assisted Airport projects, if qualified. A small business which is not certified as a DBE or SBE, but which may qualify for either status, is encouraged to contact the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) Civil Rights Division for information and assistance becoming certified. ODOT’s Civil Rights Division can be found on the internet at: www.okladot.state.ok.us or by phone, 405-521-6046.
