The City of Oklahoma City and its trusts, which includes the Oklahoma City Airport Trust, has partnered with BidSync, Inc., an electronic bidding system, to streamline the bidding process. The BidSync system provides suppliers and contractors with the opportunity to sign up to receive electronic notifications of bidding opportunities and to submit bids and proposals.
All bids and proposals for the Oklahoma City Airport Trust must be submitted electronically through BidSync. Potential bidders and proposers must pre-register at https://www.periscopeholdings.com/bidsync/the-city-of-oklahoma-city before being able to review or submit a bid or proposal. Once registered, interested parties may submit bids or proposals through the same site. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust will not receive any bids or proposals via mail or in-person delivery.

The Oklahoma City Airport Trust encourages certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE’s) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE’s) to attend pre-bid meetings and bid or subcontract on all our projects. Certified small and disadvantaged firms are especially welcome to participate in federally-assisted Airport projects, if qualified. A small business which is not certified as a DBE or SBE, but which may qualify for either status, is encouraged to contact the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) Civil Rights Division for information and assistance becoming certified. ODOT’s Civil Rights Division can be found on the internet at:okladot.state.ok.us or by phone, 405-521-6046.
