DHS Extends REAL ID Enforcement Date from May 3, 2023 to May 7, 2025

According to DHS, the extension is necessary, in part, to address the lingering impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the ability to obtain a REAL ID driver’s license or identification card.
Each year, especially around the holiday season, Will Rogers World Airport, the Better Business Bureau and the Oklahoma City Police Department try to shed some light on pet scams.

The State of Oklahoma is now issuing REAL ID compliant driver's licenses. If you want to use your driver's license to board commercial aircraft on or after May 3, 2023, you will need a REAL ID compliant driver's license!
